LaSalle Network is partnering with our client, a global professional services/management consulting firm, to hire a Contract Recruiter to support experienced-hire recruiting across multiple consulting and advisory practice areas.
This Contract Recruiter will thrive in a high-touch, partner-facing environment, partnering closely with senior leaders while managing complex searches from intake through offer acceptance. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a visible Contract Recruiter seat on a high-performing team, delivering exceptional candidate experiences and helping drive hiring outcomes during an evolving period for the recruiting function.
Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting processes through offer acceptance across multiple consulting and advisory practices.

Partner directly with senior leaders and hiring stakeholders to align on profiles, process, and hiring priorities.

Develop sourcing strategies, engage passive talent, and build/maintain pipelines for experienced-hire roles.

Conduct candidate interviews/assessments and manage interview logistics and feedback flow.

Provide consistent stakeholder updates, market insights, and pipeline reporting throughout active searches.

Utilize recruiting tools and systems (e.g., ATS and sourcing platforms) to drive an organized, high-quality process.

Deliver a high-touch candidate experience and a strong stakeholder experience in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on experienced-hires.

Experience recruiting within management consulting, professional services required

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders.

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent searches in a high-volume, high-touch environment.

Strong sourcing and pipeline development experience, including passive candidate engagement.

Experience leveraging recruiting technologies and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and modern recruiting tools).
