Senior Accountant

  • Compensation: $85,600-$117,700 annually + eligibility to earn a 10% bonus

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Senior Accountant to join a highly respected organization seeking a driven accounting professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This Senior Accountant role offers the opportunity to partner with business leaders, support critical financial reporting initiatives and drive process improvements that impact the organization’s success. If you’re looking for a role that combines accounting expertise, analytics and visibility with leadership, this could be the perfect next step.

What’s the Job?

  • Support monthly and quarterly close activities and ensure accurate financial reporting

  • Execute and maintain SOX controls and compliance requirements

  • Prepare financial reports, reconciliations and variance analyses

  • Research accounting issues and identify trends within large data sets

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on planning and forecasting initiatives

  • Present financial results and recommendations to leadership

  • Support internal and external audit requests

  • Drive process improvement, automation and efficiency initiatives

  • Participate in special projects related to accounting and regulatory changes

  • Mentor junior team members and support team development


What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

  • Four to seven years of progressive accounting experience

  • Strong understanding of GAAP, FASB guidance and SOX compliance

  • Experience preparing reconciliations, financial analyses and reporting packages

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated success leading process improvements

  • Strong communication and project management abilities

  • CPA, MBA, public accounting or regulatory reporting experience preferred

  • Experience with analytics tools, automation or AI solutions is a plus
