Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain marketing projects in Asana from intake through completion.
- Build project plans, assign tasks, establish timelines, and keep projects organized.
- Attend weekly team meetings and sprint meetings, translating discussions into actionable project updates.
- Adjust project timelines and workflows as priorities change (i.e., speaker changes, deadline shifts, project delays).
- Monitor project progress, send reminders on overdue tasks, and help keep the team on schedule.
- Troubleshoot project workflows and update existing project plans based on stakeholder feedback.
- Track team availability, including vacations and resource planning.
- Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure projects remain accurate and up to date.
Ideal Background
- 1–3 years of project coordination or project management experience.
- Hands-on experience with Asana is required (must have built and managed projects within the platform).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to translate meeting discussions into actionable project updates.
This is a W2-based contract, fully remote with 35-40 hours a week. This will pay $25-$30/hr and LaSalle Network offers Health, Dental and Vision benefits within 30 days.
