Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Technology Partnerships & AI Integration is responsible for building the organization’s capacity to develop and execute B2B technology partnerships that expand the reach, application and enterprise value of the organization’s intellectual property. This is the primary mandate of the role: moving the organization from content provider to trusted enterprise input across learning platforms, EHS software, compliance tools and AI-enabled applications. The role is also responsible for identifying and deploying AI tools and agents that strengthen internal operations, staff workflows and organizational productivity.

This role serves as a strategic connector across technology, market strategy, business development and technical content functions, designing and executing partnership and integration models that embed the organization’s standards, content and expertise into platforms such as learning management systems, EHS software, compliance tools and enterprise dashboards, while protecting the organization’s mission, brand and intellectual property.

This role intentionally spans both external partnership development and internal AI enablement, reflecting the organization’s current stage of organizational AI maturity and the VP of Technology’s responsibility to advance both simultaneously. Candidates who thrive in this role will see the two mandates as complementary, not competing.

This position supports enterprise technology solutions, AI enabled capabilities, and cross functional partnerships that strengthen organizational effectiveness and advance the organization’s mission and strategic priorities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the implementation of the organization’s B2B technology partnership, AI enablement, and enterprise integration strategies to advance organizational priorities, market relevance, and growth objectives.

  • Identify, evaluate, and operationalize opportunities to integrate the organization’s intellectual property, expertise, and content into external technology ecosystems, B2B platforms, and enterprise solutions that expand business value and organizational reach.

  • Lead internal AI operations through the planning, piloting, adoption, and optimization of AI enabled solutions, ensuring effective workflow integration, staff enablement, knowledge transfer, and sustainable execution.

  • Collaborate cross functionally to translate business needs, technical requirements, and organizational expertise into scalable B2B partnerships, enterprise integrations, and operational solutions.

  • Evaluate, implement, and sustain AI enabled tools, workflows, and automation opportunities that improve operational efficiency, enterprise capabilities, and external business and customer value.

  • Establish and maintain governance, risk management, and operational readiness for B2B technology partnerships, AI solutions, and enterprise integrations to ensure responsible, secure, and sustainable implementation.

  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders to support requirements gathering, solution design, implementation planning, enterprise adoption, and organizational readiness.

  • Lead B2B partnership implementation activities, pilot initiatives, technical due diligence, onboarding activities, and enterprise relationship enablement to advance strategic and business objectives.

  • Monitor emerging technologies, market trends, customer needs, and leading practices to identify opportunities for innovation, operational improvement, enterprise growth, and expanded business applications.

  • Develop and maintain tools, documentation, processes, training, and capability building resources that strengthen internal AI fluency, organizational readiness, scalable execution, and enterprise solution delivery.

  • Establish and monitor performance measures, reporting mechanisms, and continuous improvement efforts to evaluate partnership effectiveness, adoption, operational outcomes, and business impact.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Strong understanding of how technology platforms, SaaS ecosystems, APIs, content systems and AI enabled applications can support enterprise level product and service delivery.

  • Demonstrated ability to connect technical capabilities to business strategy, revenue opportunities and operational execution.

  • Knowledge of AI concepts and practical applications, including retrieval, content intelligence, prompt orchestration, knowledge systems and responsible AI use in mission driven environments.

  • Hands on experience working with enterprise AI agent platforms, specifically Microsoft Copilot (M365/Teams), Salesforce Einstein or Agentforce, ChatGPT and/or Claude, including configuring agents, designing prompts, evaluating output quality and assessing appropriate use cases for each platform.

  • Ability to translate complex technical topics for non technical stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.

  • Strong partnership development and relationship management skills with both internal leaders and external technology organizations.

  • Ability to evaluate opportunities involving content licensing, integration models, vendor/partner fit and technical feasibility.

  • Strong project management, process design and cross functional coordination skills.

  • Ability to interpret, support and contribute to contracts, scopes of work, data rights, licensing terms and partnership documentation.

  • Data driven mindset with ability to define KPIs, assess pilots and recommend scalable solutions based on evidence.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas to staff, vendors, corporate partners and organizational leaders.

  • Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in ambiguity while helping define new organizational capability.

  • Full time position with the ability to work M-F during normal business hours. May be expected to occasionally work outside of normal business hours.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, data/analytics, engineering, digital product management, instructional technology or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.

  • 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in technology strategy, digital product integration, SaaS partnerships, enterprise systems, AI enabled solutions or related fields.

  • Experience working across both business and technical teams to deliver cross functional initiatives.

  • Experience in a professional association, nonprofit, standards based, education or mission driven organization preferred.

  • Experience with AI strategy, content/knowledge systems or enterprise solution design strongly preferred.

  • Experience leading technology driven organizational change initiatives, including planning and executing stakeholder communication, staff training and adoption strategies that move teams from current state processes to new ways of working.
