The Relocation Search Specialist will be an integral part of our client's team, managing property searches, vendor communication, and progress tracking to support clients in urgent housing needs. This position offers a dynamic work environment focused on service excellence and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Search for rental properties that match the criteria of policyholders for temporary housing using search tools such as Zillow.
- Follow up with landlords to negotiate leases and gather additional details on properties and lease terms.
- Maintain monthly tracking spreadsheets and update the shared database daily to monitor progress.
- Communicate detailed and accurate property information to teammates effectively.
- Facilitate communication between parties involved in the property sourcing process to ensure smooth workflows.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of job-related experience preferred.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Database experience a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills.
