In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and AI translating requirements into agent ready specs, guiding agents through execution, reviewing AI-generated output, validating quality, and improving the overall workflow over time. The right candidate is comfortable with ambiguity, moves quickly, and thrives in a high-ownership environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and scale Fusion’s AI-agent-driven delivery system to support engineering throughput and quality
- Translate business and product requirements into clear, agent-ready specifications
- Steer and supervise agent execution (prompting/workflow shaping), ensuring outputs align to expectations
- Review AI-generated code and artifacts for correctness, security, and maintainability
- Validate quality through testing/verification practices and structured review processes
- Continuously improve agent workflows, guardrails, and team-level patterns as the system evolves
- Partner cross-functionally with product managers, designers, business stakeholders, and engineering/platform teams
- Communicate progress, decisions, and tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences (nice-to-have emphasis)
Qualifications
- Experience working in a SaaS environment, ideally supporting enterprise-level products
- Strong technical judgment and ability to evaluate/guide generated work (code + technical outputs)
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code (or comparable AI coding agent workflow experience)
- Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous environments and iterating on process
- Strong collaboration skills across product + engineering stakeholders
- Nice to have: ability to present internally; 5+ years overall experience preferred

- Compensation: $150,000 – $160,000 (target range)
- Bonus: Eligibility to earn discretionary bonus up to $20,000
