LaSalle Network is looking to hire a business development & sales professional for an open B2B Account Manager role for a consulting client in the western suburbs.
As the B2B Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partnering with brokers, producers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
This position sits onsite in a hybrid capacity in Lisle, with some travel throughout the Chicagoland area.

The Day to Day:

Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, delivering exceptional service and support.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and consultative guidance.

Analyze client risks, coverage structures, and program needs, providing recommendations and solutions.

Prepare submissions, proposals, coverage comparisons, and renewal materials for clients and carriers.

Collaborate with brokers, producers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Maintain accurate client records, policy information, and account documentation.

Identify and present new products, services, or solutions that meet client needs and support their business objectives

Schedule regular check-ins, review performance, and gather feedback to refine service offerings

Manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance with internal processes, service standards, and deadlines.
What You Bring:

2+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience, ideally in a b2b capacity

Ability to conduct client presentations and open enrollment meetings.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Experience with agency management systems preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.

Must have your own vehicle and be able to travel throughout the Chicagoland area multiple times a week.
This position pays a base salary of $55k-$75k, depending on experience, and is eligible for commission in your first year in the role, with OTE north of $80k. This position also offers a full suite of benefits, including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401 (k), and PTO.
