We are seeking a highly driven Sr. Business System Analyst – Procure to Pay to support operations and transformation journeys. This role will be solution owner and bridge the gap between IT and business partners. You will oversee day-to-day operations across our current ecosystem (Oracle EBS, Coupa, Oracle Fusion Cloud) while playing a pivotal role in our strategic initiative to consolidate Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes into Coupa and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
The ideal candidate is a strategic problem-solver who can partner with a system integrator, business and cross functional IT stakeholders for high-quality delivery, translate complex business needs into scalable IT solutions, and ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities

Act as the primary IT solution owner for the P2P value streams.

Lead the design, architecture, and deployment phases of transformation projects, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and global standardization by partnering with SI, cross functional IT teams and business partners

Identify process bottlenecks in current state (EBS, Coupa) and design future-state automated solutions

Act as the primary liaison between IT and Finance operations, translating operational pain points into actionable technical roadmaps.

Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and status meetings with business stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations

Proactively monitor system performance, manage incident escalations, and perform root-cause analysis for complex financial system issues

Ensure SOX compliance, robust security, and strict audit controls are maintained across all financial platforms and during migration phases.

Business Acumen: Strong ability to “speak the language” of Finance (accounting, procurement, accounts payable) and translate it into system configurations and architecture.
Requirements

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance or related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion procure to pay processes, Coupa and Oracle ERP integrations.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
