A prestigious law firm in New York City is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior partner. The ideal candidate is a polished professional who thrives on staying one step ahead, managing complex priorities, and serving as a trusted right hand. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and execute with a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities:

Manage a complex executive calendar, including frequent changes, competing priorities, and high-volume scheduling

Serve as a gatekeeper for the executive, managing inbox communications, prioritizing urgent matters, and ensuring timely follow-up

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, logistics, and last-minute changes
-
Prepare, draft, and edit correspondence, emails, and other communications as needed

Support client-related activities, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-up

Assist with gifting initiatives and other special projects as needed

Proactively anticipate needs, solve problems, and ensure priorities are executed efficiently
Qualifications:

3+ years of Executive or Personal Assistant experience supporting senior executives, attorneys, or partners

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and operate independently in a fast-paced environment

Experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and executive communications

Comfortable working onsite in New York City, 5 days per week
Key Details:
Salary: $125,000–$145,000 annually
