LaSalle Network is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing manufacturing organization in Dallas. This Industrial Maintenance Technician will play a critical role in keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently while minimizing downtime and supporting daily operations. What's the job?

Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment issues

Respond to production maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns in a timely manner

Repair or replace motors, bearings, belts, valves, pumps, sensors and related components

Assist with machine setups, changeovers and equipment improvements
-
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical manuals
-
Inspect and evaluate equipment performance to identify potential maintenance concerns
-
Support equipment installations, modifications and commissioning projects
-
Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders and parts inventory documentation
-
Partner with production and operations teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency

Follow all safety, quality and company policies and procedures
What's needed?
-
3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, production or processing environment

Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience
-
Experience working with pneumatic and hydraulic systems

Ability to read and interpret mechanical schematics, blueprints and technical documentation

Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance
-
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and diagnostic equipment

Basic computer skills and experience documenting maintenance activities

Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple assignments

Strong commitment to workplace safety

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment
