LaSalle Network is hiring for a client of ours in downtown Chicago for a fully onsite Shipping Coordinator / Office Clerk role located in the Chicago Loop.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Pack rings and jewelry securely for shipment using UPS and FedEx
- Track outgoing shipments and follow up on delivery delays or exceptions
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with resolving discrepancies
- Clean and prepare jewelry pieces prior to shipment
- Assist with general office coordination and administrative support
- Maintain an organized, detail-oriented workspace
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in office coordination, administrative support, office assistant, shipping, or clerical roles
- Experience processing shipments through UPS and FedEx
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including email and spreadsheets
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Schedule: Fully onsite | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation: $22–$24/hour
