This executive role will partner with senior leadership to drive digital innovation, enable business growth, and lead enterprise-wide initiatives across ERP, AI, and data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the digital technology strategy and investment roadmap
- Partner with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals
- Lead transformation initiatives across ERP systems, data platforms, and AI solutions
- Oversee global technology delivery across multiple functions (manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, finance, HR)
- Drive adoption of modern technologies including cloud, APIs, AI/ML, and analytics
- Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed global team
- Ensure successful delivery of technology programs with strong change management and adoption
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic investments
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in digital technology, IT leadership, or transformation roles
- Experience leading enterprise digital or ERP transformations
- Strong understanding of commercial and/or manufacturing business processes
- Proven ability to translate strategy into execution
- Experience leading global, cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
- SAP (S/4 or equivalent ERP) experience
- Experience deploying AI, data, and analytics solutions at scale
- Exposure to emerging technologies such as robotics, automation, or machine learning
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $225,000 CAD with considerations based on experience to ~$240,000 CAD
- Bonus: ~25% annual incentive
- Long-term incentives: Equity/RSUs
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and wellness programs
- Hybrid work model
- Global, matrixed organization with cross-regional collaboration
- Travel required (~25–35%)
