LaSalle Network is hiring a Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting team with our client, a globally recognized cybersecurity organization. This fully remote contract opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys keeping hiring processes organized and efficient.
The Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in supporting intern and full-time hiring initiatives by reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews and managing recruiting workflows within iCIMS. If you are highly organized, responsive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities, this is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative recruiting team making immediate hires.
Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:

Review inbound resumes and prioritize candidates for intern and full-time opportunities

Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple departments and hiring teams

Support scheduling for international candidates as needed

Maintain candidate records and recruiting workflows within iCIMS

Assist with job postings and ATS updates

Provide administrative recruiting support to ensure hiring timelines stay on track

Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process
Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:

1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination or agency recruiting

Strong calendar management and scheduling experience in a high-volume environment

Experience working within an ATS; iCIMS experience preferred

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Availability to work Central Time business hours

Strong written and verbal communication skills
