LaSalle Network is actively hiring a Senior AP Specialist who can own both Accounts Payable and General Ledger support. This fully remote Senior AP Specialist role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and brings strong COUPA experience plus ERP expertise. What’s the job?

Manage full-cycle AP as a Senior AP Specialist, including invoice processing and payments

Perform GL coding and ensure accurate account allocations

Prepare and post journal entries
-
Reconcile AP subledger to the general ledger
-
Utilize COUPA and large ERP systems for daily operations

Support month-end close activities
-
Investigate and resolve invoice and vendor discrepancies
What’s needed?

3+ years of experience as a Senior AP Specialist
-
Required: Hands-on COUPA experience
-
Experience with large ERP systems; NetSuite is a plus
-
Strong understanding of GL, coding and journal entries
-
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
-
Available to start ASAP
