What’s the job?

Execute full-cycle payroll for 2,000–2,400 employees across weekly cycles

Audit and validate payroll data across multiple states (AZ, IL, IN, IA, NE, WI)

Ensure accurate data flow from POS systems into Paycor
-
Manage onboarding and offboarding payroll processes weekly
-
Act as the primary payroll contact for restaurant owners

Administer manager bonuses and salaried payroll
-
Generate weekly payroll reports and support month-end close
-
Reconcile payroll data with QuickBooks and general ledger
What’s needed?

Experience with Paycor and QuickBooks Desktop

Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting

Multi-state payroll experience required

Ability to manage high-volume payroll independently

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working onsite consistently
