We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Training Operations Associate IV to support the delivery of training programs through accurate data management and operational execution. This role plays a key part in ensuring training records are processed efficiently, systems are maintained accurately, and reporting supports business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Data Management & Processing
- Manage end-to-end processing of training roster submissions
- Retrieve and manage files through secure FTP systems
- Validate data for accuracy and completeness
- Perform bulk uploads and updates within Salesforce
- Resolve data discrepancies with internal teams and external partners
- Ensure timely and accurate tracking of all training activities
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of training data across systems
- Perform data analysis, cleansing, and transformation using Excel and Salesforce
- Monitor data flows and identify inconsistencies
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards
- Provide insights into training volume, performance, and trends
- Support forecasting and operational decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including program managers, instructors, and system owners
- Ensure processes are followed consistently and documented clearly
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support system enhancements
- Act as a central resource for training operations support
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including working with standard objects (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Cases)
- Experience with bulk data uploads, record management, and reporting in Salesforce
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation, analysis)
- Experience working with FTP/SFTP systems or similar file transfer tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage high-volume data in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Learning & Development (L&D) or training operations
- Familiarity with reporting tools and dashboards
- Exposure to Jira or similar ticketing systems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
