This is an immediate, 1 day a week onsite opportunity paying $35-$40/hour and is a great chance for you to roll up your sleeves and grow in full-cycle recruiting. You’ll be surrounded by a collaborative, fun-loving team who’s ready to mentor you while you help hire the clinical professionals that keep our communities healthy.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit for a variety of roles, from nurses to caregivers and more
- Source and screen candidates and move them quickly through the process
- Use ADP and Indeed to track and manage applicants
- Coordinate logistics: onboarding, start dates, health exams
- Serve as a resource for candidates throughout the hiring journey
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare recruiting a bonus!)
- Positive attitude and hunger to learn
- Organized, reliable, and ready to juggle competing priorities
- Comfortable with tech and eager to dive into new tools
- Enthusiastic about making a difference in people’s lives.
