LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading financial services organization in their search for an Associate Director, Marketing Analytics for a 6-month contract with the potential to extend or convert.
This person will ensure continuity across marketing measurement, forecasting, and performance insights. This is a hands-on role focused on enabling data-driven decision-making through clear goal setting, advanced analytics, and cross-functional partnership. You’ll support an analytics team while working closely with marketing, sales, finance, and data engineering to drive alignment, improve measurement frameworks, and enhance reporting capabilities.
The Day to Day:

Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to define and operationalize goals tied to pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes

Build and maintain forecasting models to support scenario planning, investment decisions, and performance tracking

Translate strategic objectives into measurable KPIs across the full customer journey

Support and evolve marketing measurement frameworks, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA)

Interpret performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations

Ensure consistency in measurement definitions, assumptions, and documentation

Partner with data engineering to translate business needs into data and reporting requirements

Leverage analytics and AI-enabled tools to uncover insights, identify trends, and accelerate decision-making

Support responsible and effective use of AI in analysis, forecasting, and reporting workflows

Deliver clear, executive-ready insights and performance narratives

Act as a trusted partner to senior marketing leadership
What You Have:

5+ years of experience in marketing analytics
-
Strong expertise in marketing measurement (MMM, MTA) and forecasting
-
Experience building dashboards and data visualizations (e.g., Tableau)
-
Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
-
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including data engineering

Familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools

Advanced proficiency in Tableau and Excel
-
Strong knowledge of SQL and modern data environments
-
Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Eloqua, and web analytics tools
Key Details:

Must be willing to be onsite 4 days a week in downtown Chicago

Hourly rate range of $50/hr-$55/hr depending on experience.
