In this role, you will build and scale a high-performing pipeline generation engine and will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs that generate qualified opportunities and drive measurable revenue impact.
You will partner closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to align marketing efforts with target accounts, pipeline priorities, and overall revenue goals, assuring a strong focus on conversion and performance.
- Own marketing-sourced pipeline generation through integrated, multi-channel campaigns
- Develop and execute digital demand programs, including paid and organic search, paid social, webinars, lifecycle nurture, and landing page optimization
- Lead event and field marketing initiatives, including conferences and account-focused programs
- Execute and scale account-based marketing (ABM) strategies aligned to target accounts
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance, including conversion rates, attribution, and ROI
- Manage and allocate marketing budget and channel mix based on pipeline performance and efficiency
- Generate qualified pipeline aligned to revenue targets and sales priorities
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on conversion data and performance insights
- Partner with Sales to ensure alignment on target accounts and active opportunities
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to maintain visibility into pipeline and attribution
- Own campaign strategy, channel selection, and budget allocation for demand programs
What You Have:
- 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns (digital + events)
- Strong experience in collaborating with Sales and Revenue Operations teams
- Highly data-driven, with expertise in conversion metrics and attribution
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools
- Extreme proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or inbound marketing (highly preferred)
In this role, you'll be eligible for a full benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.
This position pays a base salary of $145k-$150k based on qualifications, with a discretionary end of year bonus.
This position requires a candidate to be in the Chicagoland area with the ability to be onsite in a hybrid capacity in downtown, Chicago.
