LaSalle Network is hiring for a Business Analyst to step into a critical, high-visibility role supporting a large-scale transformation within the GTI Program. This Business Analyst will play a key role in maintaining program governance, reporting accuracy and operational continuity during a time of active transition. What’s the job?

Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards used across leadership and stakeholder meetings

Own financial forecasting, run rate tracking and burndown reporting

Manage RAID logs and evolve reporting into PowerBI
-
Maintain Jira structure, ticket hygiene and project configurations
-
Lead project status reporting and governance updates
-
Organize and run meetings, track actions and drive follow-ups
-
Support resource allocation and planning deck creation
-
Act as a pseudo Scrum Master for the Oversight team

Maintain SharePoint site and support service readiness efforts
What’s needed?

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in PMO or program environments

Strong PowerBI and Jira expertise (configuration + reporting)

Experience with financial reporting, forecasting and program metrics

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
-
Strong communication, organization and follow-through

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
