LaSalle Network has partnered with a B2B SaaS company in their search for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager who will own how the platform is positioned, understood, and sold.
In this role, you will translate complex capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging and build the narratives, proof points, and enablement that support effective sales conversations across segments.
This is a highly cross-functional role partnering with Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and Demand Generation to ensure consistent, market-facing messaging that drives pipeline and revenue.
- Develop and own end-to-end messaging frameworks across the platform, tailored to key customer segments
- Create and maintain pitch decks, solution overviews, competitive battlecards, and objection-handling frameworks
- case studies, reference programs, and proof points that demonstrate measurable customer impact
- Monitor competitor positioning and market trends to inform messaging and sales strategy
- Shape narratives for new product launches and drive adoption of new capabilities
- Translate customer needs and industry trends into clear, relevant positioning
- Own and evolve the product narrative across the full sales cycle
- Partner closely with Sales to refine messaging based on real deal feedback
- Ensure consistency and clarity in how the product is represented in market and in active opportunities
- Influence go-to-market strategy and contribute directly to pipeline and revenue growth
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing or customer marketing
- 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise and/or mid-market sales teams
- Strong ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling messaging
- Proven track record building sales enablement and competitive positioning
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in complex or highly regulated industries is a HUGE plus
- Familiarity with multi-stakeholder, enterprise sales cycles
In this role, you'll be eligible for a full benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.
This position pays a base salary of $125k-$135k based on qualifications, with a discretionary end of year bonus.
This position is fully remote with required, as-needed travel.
