As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll sit at the center of it all—partnering with production, logistics and customers to ensure orders move seamlessly from request to delivery. If you thrive on problem-solving, communication and staying organized under pressure, this is your launchpad.
What’s the job?

Manage and process customer orders using ERP systems like SAP

Serve as the go-to contact for order updates, timelines and inventory questions

Partner with supply chain, production and logistics teams to align demand

Track inventory levels and proactively communicate shortages or delays

Resolve order discrepancies, billing issues and delivery challenges
-
Analyze fulfillment data (OTIF, fill rates) to support service improvements
What’s needed?

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business or related field
-
0–3 years of experience (internships count!)

Proven experience within Excel and data analysis skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
