LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading non for profit and we are hiring a Benefits Coordinator to join their growing team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys working with data, and loves helping employees navigate their benefits. You’ll be the go-to person for processing, enrolling, and maintaining employee benefits records across multiple institutions, ensuring everything runs smoothly!

Benefits Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Review and verify new hire benefits data and employee amendments for accuracy in HRIS systems.
  • Process, enroll, and maintain employee benefits data in Lawson, UnitedHealthcare (Surest), and CVS/Health systems.
  • Manage high-volume employee inquires and respond to employee benefits inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Handle benefits continuation processes, including notifications, invoices, and mailings.
  • Process billing adjustments to monthly benefits invoices.
  • Maintain organized, accurate records and documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all employee data.
Benefits Coordinator Requirements
  • Experience with HRIS systems required
  • 1+ years of benefits administration, HR operations, or benefits coordination experience
  • Ability to handle high-volume administrative work with precision.
  • Strong organizational, data management, and communication skills.
  • Experience with benefits vendors or healthcare systems is a plus.
