Accounts Receivable Analyst
Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office: Tuesday–Thursday)
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Compensation: Up to $28/hr. (based on experience)

Looking to level up your AR experience? LaSalle Network is partnering with a fast-paced, people-driven organization looking to bring on an Accounts Receivable Analyst. This role lets you put your AR and collections skills to work immediately owning high-volume accounts, sharpening your full-cycle AR expertise, and gaining hands-on experience that elevates your resume fast.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 400–500 accounts and proactively collect outstanding balances
- Apply payments and process credit/debit memos, refunds, and account adjustments
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies with customers, hotels, and venue partners
- Respond to statement inquiries and prepare consolidated account summaries/ reports for multiple locations
Requirements / Nice to Have:
- 2+ years of AR and collections experience with full order-to-cash exposure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to hit the ground running
- Strong background in Microsoft Excel (pt/vlu)
- Bachelor’s degree, Oracle/High Radius experience, NACM certification (preferred)
