LaSalle Network is hiring a Technical Trainer to support a critical SuccessFactors implementation for a large enterprise organization as they approach go-live this month. This Technical Trainer will step in immediately to support early cutover, hypercare and post–go-live training beginning in February. If you thrive in fast-moving environments and know how to “roll with it,” this contract opportunity was built for you.

This Technical Trainer will play a hands-on role in driving adoption for SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Onboarding modules. You’ll partner closely with an existing trainer, share training responsibilities and help navigate frequent system updates — all while ensuring end users feel confident using new tools.

What’s the job?
  • Build and deliver technical training focused on SuccessFactors adoption
  • Support rollout of Employee Central and Onboarding modules
  • Assist with hypercare and post–go-live training initiatives
  • Adapt training materials quickly as system updates occur
  • Share training responsibilities with the existing training team
  • Provide change management support to improve user adoption
What’s needed?
  • 5+ years of technical training experience (multiple engagements preferred)
  • Hands-on SuccessFactors experience with EC and Onboarding modules
  • Strong background delivering software-focused training
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic project environment
  • WalkMe experience is a plus
  • Change management experience is a plus
