This client-facing, contract-to-hire role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, technology and customer collaboration. As a Solutions Analyst – Data Pipelines and Analytics, you’ll support data ingestion and dashboard development while learning best practices from senior team members in a highly visible environment.
- Build and support data pipelines within a SaaS platform
- Assist with ingestion and transformation of client data files
- Support analytics dashboards and foundational reporting
- Work directly with clients to answer data questions and validate outputs
- Document pipeline logic, mappings and configurations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts and architects
- Assist with workflow configuration as bandwidth allows
- 5+ years of experience in data or business analysis
- Experience working with insurance, claims or risk management data (Nice to have)
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms
- Strong SQL skills and Excel proficiency
- Experience using BI or analytics visualization tools
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with clients
- Detail-oriented with the ability to learn quickly
- $50/hour with contract-to-hire potential
