Are you passionate about data accuracy and keeping systems running at peak performance? LaSalle Network is hiring a contract-to-hire MDM Coordinator for a global company that values precision, collaboration, and innovation.
As an MDM Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring accurate master data within JD Edwards (JDE)—data that drives decision-making across finance, supply chain, and operations. This hybrid position in Rosemont offers the chance to grow your skills and make a real impact from day one.
What’s the job?
  • Manage and maintain master data in JD Edwards
  • Support key teams by ensuring accurate supplier, product, and pricing data
  • Audit, validate, and enhance data integrity using Excel
  • Consolidate monthly regional and customer reports
  • Triage and fix missing or incorrect data
  • Help streamline ongoing data improvement projects
What’s needed?
  • 1–3 years in master data management, vendor management, or related data-driven roles
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data validation)
  • Experience with ERP systems like JD Edwards or SAP
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, analytical mindset
  • Ability to interpret data from multiple sources

Compensation: $27/hr–$30/hr
Benefits: LaSalle Network offers Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance during contract period
