LaSalle Network is hiring a Region Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic partner and people leader across a high-performing, multi-market region. This hybrid position plays a critical role in driving talent initiatives, shaping organizational culture, and supporting business performance at scale.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with Area Presidents, Operations Leadership, and HR partners to strengthen employee relations, guide leadership through change, and execute HR programs that support engagement, development, and retention. What’s the job?

  • Partner with Region HR Business Leader to drive talent strategies, culture, and key HR initiatives
  • Provide direct HR support to multiple markets—stepping in where needed to lead, consult, and coach
  • Lead regional employee relations efforts and guide leaders through investigations, terminations, and compliance
  • Oversee recruiting support, workforce planning, and talent calibration (TAPP, STR, MYR, YER)
  • Deliver training sessions and leadership development initiatives aligned with organizational needs
  • Collaborate with Operations and Legal to navigate collective bargaining agreements in union environments
  • Spearhead special projects related to culture, change management, DEI, and employee engagement
  • Track HR metrics and share insights with regional leadership to inform decision-making
  • Champion a culture of safety, inclusion, and high performance

What’s needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience; 5+ years in a strategic HR business partner role
  • SHRM certification preferred
  • Deep knowledge of employment laws (ADA, FMLA, Title VII, FLSA, etc.)
  • Strong experience advising senior leaders and managing complex employee relations matters
  • Familiarity with union environments and federal contractor compliance a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to travel 50–75% across the region

Compensation: $120k-$140k

Location: Hybrid – Must reside within a commutable distance to one of the supported markets
Travel: 50–75% travel required
