Corporate Buyer – Indirect Procurement
Location: Onsite 4 days per week | Hybrid flexibility
Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Corporate Buyer to join our indirect procurement team. In this role, you’ll partner with leaders and suppliers to support sourcing strategies, manage contracts, and identify opportunities that deliver measurable value to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing: Partner with internal stakeholders to execute sourcing projects across assigned indirect categories. Support scope development, supplier evaluation, and project planning to align with business goals.

Cost & Market Analysis: Gather and interpret market data, benchmark pricing, and identify trends that inform negotiation strategies and cost improvement initiatives.

Contract & Supplier Management: Support contract lifecycle activities — from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal. Manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance, performance, and long-term partnership success.

Operational Procurement: Use ERP systems to process and manage purchase orders, ensuring transactions are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with established policies.

Performance Reporting: Create and maintain reports that track spend, supplier performance, and savings opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build relationships across departments to align procurement activities with broader business needs. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas that strengthen processes and teamwork.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

2–4 years of procurement experience, ideally within indirect categories.

Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships effectively.

Strong analytical and research skills with experience interpreting market and cost data.

Proficiency with procurement systems (ERP platforms such as Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Compensation target $80,000 base compensation with a 7% bonus. Benefits additional to the above are medical, dental and vision coverage.
