LaSalle Network is hiring a Workers’ Compensation Analyst to join my clients’ growing team. In this role, you will oversee workers’ compensation claims from initial reporting through resolution, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with insurance carriers, TPAs, medical providers, and legal teams. Immediate availability is preferred for a seamless onboarding process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and investigate workers’ compensation claims from start to finish.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including OSHA.
  • Coordinate with insurance carriers, TPAs, medical providers, and legal counsel.
  • Analyze claim trends, loss data, and recommend risk prevention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate claim records and documentation in internal systems.
  • Monitor reserves and claim costs for financial accuracy.
  • Prepare reports for leadership on claim status, financial impact, and risk exposure.
  • Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of workers’ compensation laws and claims processes.
  • Experience with insurance carriers or third-party administrators.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple claims and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with employees, providers, and leadership.
