What’s the job?

Run daily warehouse operations with a focus on quality, compliance, and speed

Lead, mentor, and grow a strong warehouse team

Coordinate logistics and dispatch of time-sensitive medical devices
-
Manage P&L and performance metrics for a $5M+ operation

Maintain rigorous inventory standards in line with medical device regulations

Collaborate across departments to drive efficiency and service

Uphold safety and cleanliness in all warehouse activities
What’s needed?

5+ years in warehouse management
-
Strong leadership and performance management experience
-
Familiarity with perishable or short shelf-life inventory
-
Ability to manage routing, dispatch, and cross-functional collaboration
-
Experience in regulated industries (medical/pharma preferred)

Confident handling warehouse financials and operations strategy
