What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end payroll and HR transformation strategy
- Establish best practices for HR and Finance ownership models
- Support UKG system consolidation and integrations
- Analyze current-state processes and implement scalable solutions
- Develop a detailed 90-day roadmap with clear milestones
- Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership
- Drive change management and stakeholder alignment

- Extensive experience with UKG systems
- Background in transformation, integration or operating model design
- Strong consulting mindset with autonomous execution ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Experience within multi-entity organizations
