- Strong selling skills with the ability to naturally connect with customers
- Comfort holding unscripted, engaging phone conversations
- Interest in travel or previous experience booking personal travel
- Strong listening, multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- $41,000–$46,000 base salary + uncapped commission
