LaSalle Network is hiring a Technical Product Owner to drive innovation at the intersection of data, technology and real-world impact. This Technical Product Owner will play a critical role in shaping data engineering products that power smarter decisions and faster outcomes. If you’re a Technical Product Owner who thrives in fast-moving environments and loves turning complex ideas into actionable solutions, this opportunity is for you.

What’s the job?

  • Own and prioritize the data engineering product backlog

  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups and retrospectives

  • Partner with stakeholders across business and technology teams

  • Drive delivery of data engineering initiatives from concept to completion

  • Analyze product performance and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Communicate roadmap updates and sprint progress to stakeholders

  • Ensure high-quality delivery through QA collaboration

What’s needed?

  • 5+ years in Agile software environments

  • Experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role

  • Strong background in data engineering or data-driven products

  • Expertise in writing user stories and leading Scrum teams

  • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence

  • Experience working with distributed and offshore teams

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • CSPO or CSM certification preferred
