LaSalle Network is hiring for a Technical Business Analyst in Chicago, IL, to join a fast-growing SaaS organization building scalable, high-impact technology solutions. This Technical Business Analyst will sit onsite with leadership and engineering, owning requirements from concept through delivery. If you thrive in fast-moving SaaS environments and love translating business needs into technical clarity, this role was built for you.
The right Technical Business Analyst is analytical, detail-obsessed and comfortable partnering directly with engineers and the CTO to drive execution.
What’s the job?

Own the full lifecycle of technical requirements from discovery to deployment

Translate business use cases into detailed functional specifications and user stories

Partner with engineers and product leaders to define APIs and system integrations
-
Identify risks, gaps and dependencies early
-
Develop process flows, system diagrams and documentation
-
Support acceptance criteria, validation and release readiness

Maintain documentation in Jira and Confluence
What’s needed?
-
4+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in a software environment
-
Strong expertise in Agile and SDLC
-
Experience writing detailed functional specifications
-
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Visio or similar tools
-
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a SaaS organization
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
