LaSalle Network is partnering with a growing organization to hire a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Rosemont, IL. In this role, you’ll support recruiting across multiple distribution centers, managing pre-employment and onboarding steps while working closely with HR partners. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys high-volume coordination and keeping hiring processes moving efficiently.
Talent Acquisition Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate pre-employment screening and onboarding steps for new hires across multiple locations
• Track candidates who have signed offer letters and manage progress through screening workflows
• Ensure completion of required items including applications, drug screens, education checks and criminal checks
• Review screening results and help move candidates forward in the hiring process
• Communicate regularly with HR Directors to provide status updates and documentation as needed
• Support recruiting operations across several distribution centers and assist team members when coverage is needed
Talent Acquisition Coordinator Qualifications:
• Experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, onboarding or high-volume administrative processing
• Ability to manage multiple candidates in process at once and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with HR stakeholders in a professional, business partner level manner
• Collaborative, flexible work style with willingness to jump in and support the team as needed
• Experience with applicant tracking systems or background check platforms is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of experience OR 3 years of relevant experience without a degree
Schedule & Compensation:
This role is based onsite in Rosemont, IL four days per week, with Fridays remote. The team works closely together and supports hiring across multiple locations.
Compensation: $24–$26/hour based on experience.
