A global leader in premium beverage manufacturing is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Associate to support its North American operations. In this role, you’ll serve as the connective thread between customers and operations—bringing precision, urgency and a polished approach to every interaction.
How You’ll Make an Impact

Own the full lifecycle of customer orders within ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Act as a key contact for customers, providing timely and professional updates

Collaborate with planning, production and logistics to ensure seamless execution

Anticipate and communicate inventory risks, shortages or delays

Resolve discrepancies and service challenges with efficiency and care

Leverage service metrics (OTIF, fill rate) to drive continuous improvement
What You Bring to the Table

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field

0–3 years of experience (internships included)
-
ERP exposure (SAP preferred)

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

Clear, professional communication skills

Ability to navigate a fast-paced, global environment
