LaSalle Network is hiring for a Temp Subrogation Paralegal to support a fast-paced legal team during a critical 3–4-month engagement. This Temp Subrogation Paralegal role is ideal for someone who thrives in organized environments, enjoys digging into claim details and keeps cases moving forward. You’ll play a key role in recovery efforts by supporting attorneys, managing documentation and communicating with insurance professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Review insurance claims, accident reports and supporting documentation

  • Gather and organize medical records, police reports, invoices and photographs

  • Draft demand letters and professional correspondence to insurers and at-fault parties

  • Track deadlines, statutes of limitation and recovery timelines

  • Manage liens and calculate recovery amounts

  • Communicate with insurance adjusters, attorneys and internal stakeholders

  • Maintain accurate case files and subrogation databases

  • Support attorneys with settlement and recovery documentation

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in subrogation, insurance recovery or paralegal work preferred

  • Strong organizational and document management skills

  • Ability to track deadlines and manage multiple cases simultaneously

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work fully onsite in Oak Brook, IL

  • Availability for a 3–4-month temporary assignment
