What’s the job?
-
Manage and take ownership of a portfolio of delinquent student accounts
-
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume collections environment
-
Average 10 calls per hour, with increased volume during campaign periods
-
Educate students on repayment options and resolve outstanding balances
-
Complete assigned workflows within one week
-
Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems
-
Ensure zero abandoned calls and clear, compliant communication
-
Follow FDCPA and Title IV regulations at all times
-
Bring empathy and professionalism to every interaction
What’s needed?

Prior collections or call center experience preferred
-
Knowledge of FDCPA, Title IV or higher education collections strongly preferred
-
Strong communication and customer service skills
-
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
-
Reliable attendance and schedule adherence
-
Experience with Banner, Salesforce, Five9 or similar systems a plus
