We are seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Strategy and Innovation to play a critical role in driving enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives. This individual will operate as a strategic execution partner to senior technology leadership, helping translate high-level priorities into actionable plans while ensuring alignment, accountability and progress across key initiatives.
This is a highly visible role with significant exposure to executive stakeholders, offering the opportunity to influence decision-making, shape transformation strategy and drive meaningful business outcomes in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Execution & Transformation

Translate strategic priorities into structured, actionable plans across business and technology teams

Lead high-impact digital transformation initiatives and drive measurable outcomes

Identify risks and remove roadblocks to maintain execution momentum
Executive Communication & Reporting

Develop executive-level presentations, board materials and strategic narratives

Synthesize complex data into clear insights to guide leadership decisions
Operational Leadership & Governance

Manage leadership team operating cadence, including planning cycles, agendas and strategic forums

Establish governance frameworks that improve transparency, alignment and execution
Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner with technology, business and regional teams to drive alignment and execution

Influence senior stakeholders across a matrixed organization without direct authority
Performance & Continuous Improvement

Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation

Drive adoption of digital tools, automation and AI-enabled solutions to enhance productivity
Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, digital transformation or similar roles

Proven experience supporting senior leadership with executive-level communications and strategic initiatives

Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment

Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in digital technology, IT, or large-scale transformation initiatives

Background in highly matrixed or global organizations

Compensation: $165,000 CAD
