LaSalle Network is partnering with an innovative technology team to hire a Software Engineer, Technical Lead who will take the reins on a greenfield application. This is your chance to lead the buildout of a full-stack .NET solution from day one—designing the architecture, setting coding standards, and mentoring developers.
You’ll work cross-functionally with business leaders, DevOps engineers, and product teams to create a scalable, high-performing system that supports major enterprise operations.
What’s the job?
- Lead development of new web applications using C#, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET MVC.
- Design database architecture and optimize SQL Server performance.
- Oversee integration with external APIs and third-party tools.
- Manage application deployment pipelines via Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate on UI/UX decisions using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Ext.JS.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices in coding and architecture.
What’s needed?
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and projects.
- 8+ years in software engineering with strong .NET and SQL Server experience.
- Hands-on with Entity Framework, ADO.NET, and RESTful API design.
- Familiar with IIS administration and secure deployment practices.
- Excellent communicator with leadership presence and strategic thinking skills.
