This is a contract to hire opportunity and is 5 days a week onsite in Manteno Illinois!
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, R&D and technical roles
- Manage 10–20 active requisitions at a time (high-volume + niche)
- Proactively source, engage and close hard-to-find talent
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for future hiring needs
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter or similar role
- Proven success recruiting engineering and/or R&D talent
- Advanced sourcing skills — you know how to find hidden talent
- Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work onsite 5 days/week in Manteno, IL
- Competitive hourly compensation ($55–$60/hour)
