LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients, a well-established real estate company headquartered in Chicago. This is a high-visibility role offering meaningful ownership, direct exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to influence growth, investment, and performance through rigorous analysis and compelling storytelling.

This role is budgeted up to a base salary of $105,000 with additional bonus eligibility. This is a direct hire opportunity. Medical, dental, vision, and 401k are offered, along with a generous PTO policy.
Responsibilities:
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Acquisitions, Finance, Accounting, IT, and Product & Marketing to deliver data-driven insights and concise narratives for senior leadership
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial and operational reporting processes
- Communicate a cohesive narrative around business drivers and their impact on current and future performance
- Partner with the FP&A Director to prepare board presentations and guide investor communications
- Support due diligence, post-acquisition integration, and performance tracking alongside the Acquisitions team
- Perform loan analysis on new and refinanced debt in partnership with the Finance team
- Drive system and model enhancements focused on efficiency, scalability, and insight quality, including AI implementation into business processes
- Analyze market and industry data to provide external context and inform new initiatives
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and analytical rigor
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant FP&A or financial analysis experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint expertise
- Experience with business intelligence tools, Tableau strongly preferred
- Exposure to commercial real estate and/or capital markets a plus
- High level of ownership, curiosity, and professionalism
