Administrative / Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

Manage executive and team calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics

Arrange travel, prepare itineraries, and track follow-ups and action items

Prepare, edit, and format professional correspondence, reports, and presentations

Support cross-functional projects by tracking timelines and deliverables

Serve as a liaison across departments to ensure clear communication and alignment

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
Administrative / Executive Assistant Requirements:

2+ years of administrative, executive support, or office coordination experience

Experience supporting one or more leaders with scheduling and calendar management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

Professional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Experience with tools such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar is a plus
