Senior Accounting Associate (Transformation) Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted financial advisor on high-impact projects, including M&A transactions, IPO readiness, technical accounting, SEC reporting, and FP&A
- Partner with Fortune 1000 companies on financial transformation initiatives, helping to stabilize and grow their businesses
- Utilize expertise in GAAP, SEC reporting, and financial analysis to provide strategic recommendations
- Work in cross-functional teams to execute complex accounting and finance projects
- Engage with C-suite and senior finance leaders, providing insights and advisory support
Senior Accounting Associate (Transformation) Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience, either directly from public accounting or a combination of public and corporate experience (must have undergone 3+ busy seasons)
- CPA highly preferred
- Experience within the Big 4 or another reputable public accounting firm required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on high-level financial projects
