LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior Accountant to join a high-impact team within a leading financial services firm. Senior Accountant Responsibilities:

Maintain deep insight into the firm’s day-to-day financial operations

Monitor and reconcile cash receipts, following up on unresolved items

Manage the books and records for a group of internal management entities

Support external and internal audits with timely documentation and analysis
-
Prepare financial statements and quarterly reporting packages
-
Partner with other finance teams to streamline processes and ensure accurate deliverables
-
Coordinate regulatory and tax filings (e.g., NY Commercial Rent Tax, Use Tax, UK VAT, passthrough and state filings)

Develop and distribute regular financial reports to leadership

Jump in on special projects and ad-hoc reporting needs as they arise
Senior Accountant Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or multi-entity environment

Strong grasp of GAAP and financial reporting

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
-
Advanced Excel skills and comfort with financial systems
-
Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude
