LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior Accountant with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central expertise for a global association in the food industry. As the organization continues implementing Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, they need a highly confident Senior Accountant who can quickly step in, understand existing processes and help ensure those workflows translate smoothly into the new system.
This Senior Accountant contract role begins March 30th and will run 3–6 months. The ideal Senior Accountant is someone who knows Microsoft Dynamics Business Central inside and out, can analyze spreadsheets independently and can support both finance leadership and accounting staff during a fast-moving systems transition.
What You’ll Do
- Support accounting leadership during the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central implementation
- Ensure current accounting workflows are replicated within Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
- Own key Senior Accountant responsibilities including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliations
- Provide operational support to accounting staff during system changes
- Analyze spreadsheets and financial records to validate accounting processes
- Partner with teams using Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
- Help ensure financial operations stay efficient during the system rollout
What’s Needed
- 5+ years of Senior Accountant experience
- Must-have: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or Dynamics NAV
- Strong expertise in AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliations
- Ability to independently analyze financial data and processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced global organization
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Downtown Chicago
