Compensation: $95,000–$105,000 base salary + discretionary bonus

LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior Accountant for a manufacturing company in Walworth County, WI. This direct hire position offers visibility, variety, and long-term growth supporting two plant locations.
This is a hands-on accounting role with cross-functional impact—ideal for someone who wants to move beyond siloed work and into a path toward leadership.
What’s the job?

Oversee full-cycle month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations

Perform cost accounting including inventory, variances, and reporting

Partner with the AP/AR clerk to support daily transactions and issue resolution

Analyze discrepancies and drive process improvements

Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning

Collaborate with leadership and operational teams across two divisions
What’s needed?

2–5+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)

Cost accounting experience or interest

Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s accepted with relevant experience

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Comfortable working onsite in a collaborative team environment
