LaSalle Network is hiring two Security Deposit Assistants for a 12-week temporary assignment with the potential to convert for the right candidate. This role calls for strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to independently handle a variety of administrative and auditing tasks. While training is provided, quick learners who adapt fast will excel. You have the option to apply for medical, dental and vision insurance, and the compensation is $16.25 per hour.
Security Deposit Assistant Responsibilities:

Manage Outlook inbox, routing incoming emails to the appropriate contacts

Audit data by comparing billed versus paid amounts

Run reports, process emails, and handle auditing functions with precision

Perform accurate and timely data entry
Security Deposit Assistant Requirements:

Prior administrative or data entry experience preferred

High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Ability to learn quickly; training typically takes 1–4 weeks

Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

High school diploma required
