This Sales Representative will play a key role in supporting customer engagement and revenue initiatives by delivering high-quality sales and service support to residential and commercial customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, working toward performance goals, and providing solutions that add real value. You’ll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, product training, and sales support — making you an essential part of the team.
What’s the job?
- Sell home warranty and energy-related products and services while following quality standards and procedures
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls and clearly communicate product benefits
- Navigate internal systems and enter customer data accuratel
- Support customers by resolving enrollment issues and maintaining product knowledge
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while participating in coaching and performance improvement initiatives
- Previous sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
- Comfort with phone-based sales and customer interactions
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Compensation: $17.25/hr with potential for uncapped commission
